Last week, we gathered for an informed, thoughtful discussion at Goals House for London Climate Action Week to discuss the NSP’s founding mission to strengthen how the UK can think, act, and plan for our future more collectively.
We covered a huge range of topics linked to and driven by the climate crisis and inevitably ranged far beyond to examine what’s missing in our national mindset and government apparatus. As co-founder Catherine Day said:
“No part of our current institutions is responsible for the long-term public good – so it’s hardly surprising that it does not end up happening”.
We’re so grateful to Goals House for holding the space and to every one of our participants for bringing such energy on a sweltering London afternoon. Onwards and outwards to the rest of the country to drive even more trusted, compassion-led discussions about where we go from here
